Gender Fluid / Non-Binary OHP
THE LAVENDER EFFECT® Oral History Project documents stories of 8-Southern Californian Gender Fluid / Non-Binary Pioneers. These in-depth interviews explore the emerging new chapter of the LGBTQ+ Movement. “This dynamic history in the making is being documented to celebrate diversity, raise consciousness, and educate the public.”– Andy Sacher, Project Director. Interviewees (pictured below) include Aydin Olson-Kennedy, Addison Rose Vincent, RBO, Maximilliana, Chandler Wilson, Casey Weitzman, Ann Thomas, and Jaxon Cat Williams.
The OHP captures video testimonies from members of the LGBTQ+ community and supportive allies who were/are integral participants or witnesses to a historic event or movement. These recordings are being produced at the highest standards possible utilizing USC’s Shoah Foundation guidelines. Interview highlights (6-8 minutes each) can be viewed below.
